At around 9 p.m., the staff group reported that 11# lapping equipment was down due to failure, and Liu Hui came back to the factory  immediately! After 11 p.m., the equipment resumed normal production, and the employees gave him a lot of praise! He lives in Zhuzhou, and he never cares about the distance he travels, whether on holidays or off work, as long as he needs to, he will rush to the scene as soon as possible, or reply and deal with problems as soon as possible. This is our model worker-Liu Hui, Deputy Minister of Production. Efficiently eliminate equipment failures and make every effort to ensure normal production. He said that this is his responsibility. From workshop management to equipment management, he is willing to study, be diligent and pragmatic, and has been working silently on the front line of production. When interviewing Liu Hui for the first time, he said very few words, humbly said "I have nothing to say", but there is a kind of firmness in his eyes. This is the look that can only be obtained after tempering. It took 19 years to grow up with Gold Cup and witnessed the prosperous years of Gold Cup.

Liu Hui looks thin, but he has powerful energy. Since joining Gold Cup in 2001, he began to work as an installation fitter. A fitter is a technical job with strong physical strength. Not only must he understand cutting, welding and other special operations, he must also be able to use a sledgehammer, but brute force is not feasible. It tested the master’s "skillfulness", and Liu Hui, who was not physically dominant, relied on his unyielding strength and excellent skills to stand out. After two years of employment, his work ability was recognized by the company. The fitter was promoted to the supervisor of the transposition work area. This was the first major challenge he faced in his career. At that time, the factory lacked talents proficient in transposition equipment, and the mechanical structure of the transposition head was complicated, and the entire work area was in touch. There are many questions about the location of the stone crossing the river, but Liu Hui, who is good at studying, believes that work should be done with vigour, just like the ingenuity of a hammer. Therefore, he conducted benchmarking by visiting factories with similar production lines. After studying, it took a lot of hard work to find out equipment maintenance experience. In the transposition work area, he experienced from scratch, from unknown to familiar, from the first device to now owning the only 96-disk translator in the country. He silently stood by and overcome the difficulties of each device. Liu Hui in life and work is in two different states.

In life, he is shy, reserved and approachable. Once he enters the working state, he is a "quick man". With a solid skill level, he can solve problems quickly and think very carefully. Thorough maintenance work is not enough, and suggestions to prevent similar problems can be put forward. Periodic inspection tables are formulated according to equipment attributes, and personnel are regularly arranged to maintain equipment to minimize the losses caused by equipment failures; experience in magnet wire. In the plant relocation, Liu Hui even used his rich equipment installation experience to ensure that the equipment after long-distance transportation can still operate stably at the new site.

In 2018, the company launched a lean management project in an all-round way. Liu Hui said that he was very fortunate to participate in the TPM team (full production and maintenance) and he learned a lot of professional knowledge. He plays a pivotal role in this team: on the one hand, as the main person in charge of the maintenance team, he is the fire-fighting team leader in the in-depth maintenance of the front line, and directly solves the problem of equipment failure; on the other hand, he serves as the QC (quality control) ) leader, the team achieved remarkable results under his leadership, and he also won the title of excellent QC team leader.

Liu Hui's keen judgment is based on his familiarity with production equipment. After the implementation of lean management projects, equipment maintenance has taken a big step from fire management to preventive management. He insists on setting an example, whether during the day or at night, as long as there is an abnormal response to the equipment causing a shutdown, he himself will rush to the scene as soon as possible to conduct timely investigation, timely resolution, and timely production, acting as a solid backing to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
